The cost of our services is determined by the value of the vessel and the specific services required. Generally, the cost ranges between $1,000 and $1,500. Once a file is opened and we gain a clearer understanding of the transaction, we will be able to provide a more detailed and accurate quote.

The process begins when a service order is submitted. A Title Agent is then assigned to a file.

Your dedicated Title Agent then begins researching the vessel with the appropriate state, federal, and if necessary international agencies.

We send a questionnaire to all parties involved to gather relevant information about everyone involved and the transaction.

After fully understanding the file, and collaborating with any brokers, lenders, and lien holders your Title Agent prepares all relevant documents to complete the sale and filings.

Once all documents are received, our team funds the transaction and sends final copies of documents.

Your Title Agent then files the documents with all relevant agencies and lenders.

Once the Certificate of Documentation, Registration, and/or title is received your Title Agent confirms its accuracy then mails your issued certificates and registrations.
