Kim George
Kim George comes from a family of avid boaters and water enthusiasts, naturally drawn to a career in the marine industry. Her journey in the vessel titling sector began in 1997 when she joined a leading marine title company in Seattle. Thanks to her enthusiasm, dedication, and strong work ethic, Kim rapidly advanced through the ranks, moving from title specialist to title officer, senior title officer, and ultimately to office manager within just seven years. In the early days of Pacific Maritime Title's operations, Kim joined the team and quickly became an invaluable asset. Over the years, she has built a reputation for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating extensive knowledge of both state and federal vessel titling regulations, and tackling even the most complex title challenges. Kim's loyal client base has come to depend on her expertise, professionalism, and strong ethical standards. Her approachable demeanor and sense of humor make her a trusted advisor for clients navigating vessel transactions.

Tanya Lage
Tanya's professional journey in the vessel industry began in 1994 when she joined a leading marine title company in the Pacific Northwest. Over the years, Tanya quickly advanced from title specialist to title officer, and eventually became a senior title officer, showcasing her extensive knowledge of marine title services and her dedication to providing exceptional service in the industry. In 2004, Tanya transitioned from her role at the title company to become the Boat Show Director for the Northwest Yacht Brokers Association, where she collaborated with industry professionals, including Molly Holden. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in organizing and producing two of the largest on-the-water boat shows in the region, further cementing her reputation as a skilled and accomplished marine event director. Tanya's success is attributed to her exceptional communication skills, determination to meet client expectations, and her ability to go the extra mile to ensure deals are completed smoothly. Her loyal client base recognizes the positive impact she brings to every deal, making her a trusted professional in the vessel industry.

Cindy Gagner
Cindy has been with Pacific Maritime Title for over two years. Before entering the vessel industry, she brought valuable experience as a receptionist in a dental office. With her extensive customer relations skills, Cindy quickly adapted to the complexities of her new role and handles challenges with ease. She consistently strives to provide the highest level of service to each and every client. Haile Reeff
With a deep-rooted passion for boating and an unwavering commitment to helping others navigate the world of vessel title and registration, Haile has been a part of the PMT team for over three years. Growing up on the water with her grandfather, she developed a love for boating that has been a constant throughout her life. These formative experiences not only shaped her connection to the maritime world but also gave her a unique perspective on the importance of ensuring that every title transaction is as smooth as possible. Since joining PMT, Haile has brought her expertise, attention to detail, and genuine passion for the boating industry to her role as a Title Agent. She thrives on helping clients with all their vessel-related needs, whether it's ensuring the proper paperwork is in place or guiding them through the complexities of title transfers and registration. IT Manager
Joe George
Joe George joined Pacific Maritime Title in 2016 as the IT Manager. Since then, Joe has played a pivotal role in transforming the company’s technology infrastructure. He has completely overhauled the computer system and created an optimized system for all titling procedures and internal forms to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. With a strong background in computer maintenance, programming, and system design, Joe has significantly contributed to the company’s technological advancements. His work has positioned Pacific Maritime Title as a leader among titling and documentation companies nationwide. Joe’s innovative programming and procedural improvements have enabled title agents to conduct faster, more accurate research, produce state, federal, and internal forms with greater speed and precision, and ensure the accurate and timely preparation of transfer, titling, and transaction documents.

Lindsey Eastes
Born and raised in Idaho, Lindsey spent her summers exploring the beautiful waterways across the state. Her favorite memories are of learning how to water ski on Lake Coeur d’ Alene, spending the Fourth of July on Lake Pend Oreille, and boating through the locks of the Snake River. Since moving to Washington, Lindsey has enjoyed discovering the exquisite boating destinations in the Pacific Northwest. In Lindsey’s eyes there is nothing better than an afternoon spent in Cozy Cove swimming in Lake Washington, enjoying a long weekend at Roche Harbor Resort & Marina with family, or doing some extended cruising in Desolation Sound spotting whales on the way to Dent Island Lodge. Lindsey joins the Pacific Maritime Title team with five years of experience in the maritime industry working for an international yacht brokerage and charter firm. Her background comprises of sales and charter contract management, marketing strategy, event organizing, and business operations. Having assisted clients during countless vessel transactions, she understands the complexity of purchasing or selling a boat, and always strives to make the process enjoyable for everyone involved.
