In the face of new challenges that have risen in the community, we at PMT want to address concerns regarding functionality and expediency for vessel deals. Currently, there are no sizable delays in our closing/transfer of ownership process and normal timelines are still applicable. We ask that, in general, our office be allotted 7-10 business days to transfer ownership of a vessel with all documents being signed, notarized, and returned to our office via over-night delivery. PMT is not currently offering in-office signings and notarization, we ask that clients and brokers keep this in mind and make appointments with local notaries as needed.
As always, extenuating circumstances could arise relating to COVID-19 or general complications within transfers may result in a delay. Our office is prepared to tackle potential issues as they arise to get you what you need quickly and with the same eye for detail you have come to expect from us. Our crew is here for your crew.
